As part of our on-going production / hire inventory updating, we've just added more Martin lighting.
A total of 16 x Martin MAC700 Washes have been added to our hire stock.
We made the mistake of letting Emmanuel (Showtech MD) come up to see us and the next thing we knew Caroline has a truckload of MAC's arriving.
These are an awesome light and they all went straight out to work on Soundwave 09.
This gives us a total of 82 Martin moving heads and we couldn't be happier with their performance and the service + backup from Showtech.

We're now the proud owners of a complete Martin Audio W8LC Line Array system.
After a long evaluation process, where we've seen and heard many different options we decided to keep on the "straight and narrow" and stay with Martin Audio and QSC amplification for our line array system purchase.
The complete system comprises of :
14 x Martin Audio W8LC mid/high
2 x Martin Audio W8LD (downfill boxes)
2 x Martin Audio Flybar
12 x QSC PL236 amplifiers
2 x Dolby Lake system processors
Toshiba laptop w/ wireless link
We've used the system on several shows already including - The Bangles, 2GO Carols 09, JJJ Hottest 100 Countdown 09, and Soundwave 09 (Stage 4).
Tony Russo (from T.A.G., the Martin Audio Importers) came up to our warehouse and worked with us on the Dolby and system setup and he was a great help to give us a great sounding product.
Armed with the Dolby Laker processors and the latest Martin Audio "Display" prediction software this is an awesome PA.
This system gives us the ability to provide production for larger venues / tours and as our existing Martin Audio W8 system integrates well with the line array for in-fill / outfill duties, we've got it all covered.
December 2008
We've just added a further 3 x Yamaha digital consoles to our existing production inventory.
We now have 2 x Yamaha PM5D/RH, 2 x Yamaha M7CL/48 and 1 x Yamaha LS9/32.
The additional consoles were purchased (just prior to the price rise) due to the high demand for Yamaha digital in our touring department.
Yamaha consoles seem to be on almost all of the riders we receive, so more consoles seemed to be a good idea for the future.
